About Me

I am Tina Bilotta, a Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, Author and Stroke Advocate.

I received my health coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where my comprehensive training covered over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative and preventative health coaching methods from some of the world's top health and wellness experts. I have completed a comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Training (YTT) in Vinyasa Yoga and registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT200 Yoga Instructor.

I've spent the last six years experimenting with different eating styles and lifestyle choices, and the biggest lesson I've learned is that nourishment comes from within. Nourishing yourself from the inside out enables you to live life to the fullest. And as a health coach, yoga teacher and wellness advocate, my goal is to help educate and encourage others to find what truly nourishes them.

My Story

My normal, happy, awake life was ripped away when stroke abruptly claimed my mother's life. It was my own personal journey to health that compelled me to help others navigate their health issues and turn these challenges into powerful, life-changing opportunities. My turning point came when my own health diagnosis compromised my quality of life and required that I make drastic and profound changes to my diet and lifestyle. I truly believe it's never too late to improve your health and that small, consistent changes create big and lasting results.

I am passionate about health, wellness, yoga, and seeking new fitness options to keep daily workouts fun. Other favorite activities include travel, cooking, great food, family, friends, music, and actively increasing stroke awareness. A California native, I now live in New York, with my husband, Mario and sweet dog Cali.
