Lessons for Reawakened Living

  • Everyone must find their own path. Each of us has different needs, abilities and passions. Your journey will not be the same as mine, and what works for me may not work for you. But we can learn from each other as we find our own paths.
  • Nourishment comes from within. Nourishing yourself from the inside out enables you to live your life to the fullest. My personal goal has become my professional goal: to help educate and encourage others to help them find what truly nourishes them.
  • It’s never too late. Small, consistent changes can have big, lasting results. Working with the concept of bio-individuality – which considers your individual circumstances, lifestyle habits and health conditions – you can find the right place to begin.
  • Being on the path is enough. Success is not defined by having reached a goal or set of goals. The journey itself IS success. If you are on the path, you cannot fail. Just breathe, and take another step forward.
